Forty Under 40 Business Forum

The Forty Under 40 Business Forum is an educational and networking event for the finalist. It is expected to gather over 100 Entrepreneurs and Chief Executives under 40. The Summit offers participants a one-day retreat in order to gain new perspective on their businesses. It also serves as a networking event for the industry’s present and future leaders. 

The conference aims at putting the spotlight on these young achievers by building a strong platform and giving a voice and opportunities to the next generation of industry pacesetters whiles building the positive attitude to strive for excellence.

FOCUS

This one-day summit brings together impactful entrepreneurial leaders aged under 40 years in Ghana. These leaders come from all sectors and are focused on expanding their businesses in recent years. In addition, these leaders are entrenched in initiatives aimed at improving or changing a situation, or by being great role models that inspire others. If Ghana must grow and burst into economic independence, then the next generation must be groomed in business sustainability.

Dr Michael Boadi (Phd) - Maker's House Chapel Int/ Chairman Everbond Financial Services

Dr Michael Boadi Nyamekye, a minister of the gospel has been in active pastoral ministry for over 23 years, is the Chairman of Everbond Financial Services Limited (EFSL). He is also the founder and general overseer of The Maker’s House Chapel International, the fastest growing church in Ghana, registered in 2013 and with a membership of over 4000. He is also the founder and Chief Executive of the BN ministries

Dr. Michael Boadi Nyamekye does not only hold two doctorate degrees in Business Administration and Marketing but also has a couple of Masters Degrees in the fields of Finance, Marketing and Academia. He is an inspiring and passionate Entrepreneur with an impeccable track record of being very successful at managing projects and institutions both within Ghana and abroad. And with his focus and practical experience on excellence and knowledge of corporate workings, his chairmanship of Everbond Financial Services Limited (EFSL) will make it become an excellent example of a well-run and managed investment institution, making it a reference point for financial service excellence and best practice globally.

Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako - National Cybersecurity Advisor

Dr Albert Antwi-Boasiako is currently the National Cybersecurity Advisor, Republic of Ghana and is responsible for advising the Government of Ghana on Ghana’s national cybersecurity policy and strategy. Albert has previously served as a Cyber Security Expert with the Interpol Global Cybercrime Expert Group (IGCEG) and is an expert with the Council of Europe’s Global Action on Cybercrime Extended (GLACY+) Project. Albert founded e-Crime Bureau in 2011. Prior to Founding e-Crime Bureau in Ghana, Albert was responsible for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Market of DFLabs, a global cybersecurity firm based in Milan, Italy. Albert completed his PhD studies from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, introducing the Harmonized Model for Digital Evidence Admissibility Assessment (HM-DEAA) as a ground-breaking contribution to digital forensics standardisation. Albert graduated from the University of Trento in Italy for his undergraduate programme and the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom for his postgraduate programme, receiving cum laude and distinction respectively.
Albert has previously conducted cyber security related consulting and research for a number of international and local organizations including the United Nations Office on Drugs & Crime (UNODC), United Nations Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD), Commonwealth Cybercrime Initiative (CCI) of the Commonwealth Secretariat, Global Commission on Internet Governance (GCIG)/Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House), the Inter-Governmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa (GIABA) and the Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) among others. Albert also conducted a research project on data protection for the United Nations Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD). Albert has contributed to the development of cybercrime and digital forensics programme for the UNODC under the Education for Justice (E4J) Programme.
